So, here's what you'll be seeing this fall. These are FIVE runway looks that will be scaled down for real world dressing.

What do you think?

Ruffles (you can just imagine the racks this fall, right?)

Gold Metallics (unless it's really good fabric, this can look really tacky)

Turtlenecks under dresses: I wore this look to give some style to my private school uniform. I was 9 years old.

Head scratching color combinations: WTW?

Pantsuits. Enough said.

That dusty pink and yellow is making me retch!

Most of those outfits are what I'd call clown clothes.  Pantsuits never go out of style, but I'd never wear the ruffles or gold clothes.  I like dusty pink/rose, but it looks bad with bright yellow.  Does anyone actually dress in the full outfits they wear on the runways?  Except for some of the designer gowns that are shown, a person would look like she'd lost her mind.  These styles are much more attractive when they've been toned down for ready to wear.

Right? What skintone could carry off that color combo? Not even a blonde would look other than corpselike.

The ruffle trend looks like ruffles in unflattering places too.

It's either dusty pink with gray or raspberry or burgundy NOT yellow!

I love ruffles, just not at the hip!!!   The others, no.

Saints preserve us! I will not be seen in any of these looks. Never, they all are horrible, imo. If anyone likes them, go for it.

I don't like ruffles, I don't care for "pantsuits", I wear silver not gold, and I am not a pink person.  

I'll stick with my tried and true boho chic!
