I didn't realize this until hearing Mary Beth Roe just now.

Make any Isaac Mizrahi purchase (single item or multiple items) that total at least $50, and get FREE shipping & handling today.

QVC -- why not do that for ALL purchases -- any brand -- as a buying incentive, period?

The free shipping for Isaac only works if you put items in your cart that one time.

I went to order something else later and it doesn't take off shipping.

It is a problem.

They need to do like Hsn does. At the end of the day they take off all the shipping, Q is not doing this.

Even Leah said the items have to go in the cart at the same time.

Not fair. If this is not the case then they need to clear it up!

You are so right. When I heard this, I was really annoyed. Between this requirement of not letting us accumulate items, &

the nonsensical exchange plan, I really prefer HSN.

This way they get you to spend more money. When they have an item on that is selling out fast I don't have time to look at other stuff. They keep selling that tee shirt that is mostly sold out anyway. I like Hsn better with their coupons and free shipping.

The other thing is they have Jacqui Stafford on fb and she is never on there to answer questions or comment. She post the fb page and then she disappears.

I like the idea. I think they are highlighted that day's designer, meaning the one who has the TSV that day. It encourages TSV shoppers to look at other items.

@Caaareful Shopper I remember reading that when LLB moved to free shipping, it took them 3 years of experimenting to make it work.

We know free shipping works from our side of the deal - I have no idea what increase in volume they need to make it work from the company’s side, but I do know it has to be quite large to make up the costs.

Just think........If we purchase one or two or three or four or more of any Isaac items (even jewelry,etc.), that total $50 or more, save 3.50 on each item.

'That savings add up'.
