This dress is always very popular when it's presented.  I believe they debuted this last year and brought it back.  It always sells out.  It's a very cute dress.

I saw it this morning and it was sold out in the color I wanted.  It is so cute and a good price.

I just went back to see if they had my size and now they do but the price went up to $63 from $39.  It was cute for $39 but not sure about $63.

I saw this online earlier today, and I love it.  I saw it for around $39 or so.  I almost bought it, but I don't wear dresses often, many sizes are sold out, and the reviews are mixed about the sizing!   It's adorable!

You are right...just went to look--back up--the same day it was $39 to $63.  Wow--EVINE changed the price in a few hours.  I was up at 4:30 and it was less than $40.
