Ever Misplaced A Fashion Item?

For three days I have been on "the hunt" for a light weight jacket I had ordered from Anthropologie! If I could get it back to them, they were holding the size I needed for me! Unheard of! Can't find the durn thing.

I guess when I do, I'll consign it!

It's funny you should bring this up, because this AM. I couldn't find my black mock neck sweater. I wore something else, and the search continues. 🤔

I seem to spend half my time searching for particular items of clothing. I have so much, I'm not sure of what I own. I often run across things I could swear I've never seen before. I've got too much.

That happens a lot! I have a (bad) habit of hanging multiple things on one hanger rather than go get another hanger. I’m still looking for a pair of pants from months ago.

I just found a lost jacket this week. It was hanging under a full length coat I don't wear often.

I normally do not put multiple things on one hanger, but I guess I did for some stupid reason.

I also found two pairs of jeans still in the bag on a closet shelf that I never put away.

often.......sometimes it is difficult to remember which closet it may be in OR it is hiding in a sea of black......a LARGE sea. LOL

LOL .... Well, my issue is a little different ..... in moving things around in my closet recently, I found a new pair of slacks that I couldn't POSSIBLY have purchased .... so how did they get in my closet?

They look new, unworn and were just in there with all my other pants .... but the legs are very wide, and not something I would have selected.

Trying to solve this mystery, I have now tried these slacks on several times, and cannot believe I bought them. Could not have come from the drycleaners. Go figure.

You'll find it a month from now and be like oh that's where it was! So frustrating. Are you sure you didn't take it to get dry cleaned? I did that once.

Some yrs ago, I looked around my home for a red water resistant hooded jacket for 2 yrs. I had bought it and thought I'd packed it in with my ski outfits. Then I thought I had given it to a niece. Come to find out , in purging old receipts , I found the one for the jacket . Well, I had bought it in red , but later exchanged for it in a blue color. I had the jacket all along but was looking for a red hooded jacket.
