Enough already with the returns/order delays blamed on the Rocky Mountain fire!!!!!!!

[ Edited ]

Sorry if I sound angry but, I am. How much mileage can QVC get from this warehouse fire, 6 months ago!? I am sick to death of returning items and still having to pay easy pays on them months after returning because QVC hasn't processed my return! Weeks ago I sent items back by UPS and paid for it myself and here we are almost a month later and still no refund! Or, receiving items with no invoice so I heave to go through the trouble of printing myself or calling CS. BUT, if you miss ONE easy pay they are front and center ready to restrict your shopping until it's paid -- their priorities profit themselves and not the customer. I don't believe for one minute that all these delays with returns and shipping out items have to do with one warehouse fire and even if it did, they certainly have the resources to have corrected this huge problem by now.

Apologizing for the delays by adding a line to the website that the Rocky Mountain fire has caused these delays is old and not acceptable at this point and an insult to anyone's intelligence -- they just don't care. As long as you're paying those easy pays, that's all they care about. I'm disgusted with QVC and I won't be shopping until they clean up their act and return my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your anger may be misplaced.

Aren't you using the EZ Return method that is shown at the top of the home page or your order status etc?

You email them the info and within a couple days...you get your credit OR your even exchange is already sent out.

If you haven't been using that....you should be.

At least they have finally instituted a fast return program.

If you are paying for return items for Months....that is just foolish.  Why haven't you contacted the mods or CS for a credit after a reasonable amount of time has passed?  If you used UPS yourself, your tracking shows exactly when the warehouse received your return.  Just call and get your credit instead of fuming about it.  Don't stress out over things you can correct and control.

Many, MANY vendors are saving the costs of sending packing slips and invoices.

I NEVER get them from Amz, Walmart or Target.  That's is the way most businesses are going.  Saves them costs and saves the environment.

I can see if they are having a labor shortage like SO many companies, that delays in processing and shipping are getting longer.

In the grand scheme of things, doesn't matter how fast my new shirt gets to me.

Re: Enough already with the returns/order delays blamed on the Rocky Mountain fire!!!!!!!

I had six items from multiple orders that I returned more than two weeks ago.  I used FedEx to return and put everything into one box.

When I realized that my returns had not been processed I called CS to ask about it.  I had the tracking number, when it was delivered to the QVC warehouse including the date & time and who signed for it.

Once I spoke to CS she immediately gave me my refund.   What did CS say to you?....I'm assuming that you did in fact call since you took the time to write about it here.

I can understand your frustration, but QVC's returns have been slow since before the fire and Covid.

If there's a next time, use Easy Returns.  You will receive a refund withing 3 days.

I cannot even get the stuff I order.  My skechers have been in preparing order for 11 days.  I talked to CS and they said they are having problems in the warehouse.  So quit selling stuff you cannot deliver in a decent amount of time.  Same with returns.  The reason you buy on TV basically without trying on is that returns should be cheap and easy if it does not fit.  I get stupid every once in a while and order something and 99% of the time wish I had not done it.

@Secretariat1   Sounds like you are sick of things to begin with..  You are sick of this, you are sick of Christmas in July programming.   Do we really need to hear everything you are sick of (and I'm sure there are many)???   And the town the warehouse was located in is Rocky Mount, NC, not Rocky Mountain.
