He looks like a very short man @PINKdogWOOD .  Isn't Emma around 5'3 or 5'4?  Looks like he's the same height.  Nothing wrong with short men.  Just saying...

Never been a fan of masculine looking boots at all and definitely not with dresses.  Would not have even done this in my younger years.  Didn't really care about being on trend if I did not like the look.  I have always loved clothes putting them together in a good way for me

As an aside regarding the post about casual wear at work, I always worked in a professional office and liked suits, dresses and heels.  At my last job before retiring we did have casual Friday, but no jeans.  Then things loosened up and jeans were permitted.  I still remember one man who then came in sloppy looking.  He stood out not in a good way.

Depends on where you work.  My only job as a "civilian" was working in a bank.  Then i went back to where I graduated and started work there. Everyone there wore casual (jeans, etc)  but not sloppy.  I wore skorts in the summer to work. I didn't wear shorts, though one of my coworkers did.  The only time I dressed up was during meetings (universities are full of them becasue everyone is encouraged to be on a committee) twice a month.  Than I wore a suit or a dress.  When I wore jeans, I dress ed them up with high heels with a nice blouse and a blazer.

Tot tell the truth, Emma's been in a furry of photos lately.  I think she is because she is back being an actress (she got bored with acting and took off 2 years to stay with an then boyfriend) and has since made a comeback via photos & changed boyfriends. Only celebrity I know that stays in the public eye doing nothing. Her new guy is the son of the UK fast fashion Topshop owner Sir Philip Green.
