Aside from the pretty color, there isn't anything stylish or appealing for me in this dress.

First off, I love the color, I do not love the lace panels in the skirt, to me it gives it a kind of frumpy look. I also don't care for the shoes with this outfit. They are cute, but not with this. I don't mind the bow, although to me it doesn't really serve a purpose, but I don't hate it. The color is beautiful though!

The color is beautiful.  The dress looks like a compilation of three different articles of clothing....not attractive.

I think the color is gorgeous but too many things going on with the dress, pleats, sheer, lace, insets, tie, just an odd design IMO.

At first glance the two strips directly under her bust looked like a bulge, just an unfortunate optical illusion though.  I just think there's too much going on here.

It's a head scratcher for sure.  I don't like the tight elbow length sleeves or the odd tie.

There's just too many things about that dress that I don't care for. Top of the list are the sleeves and their elbow-length...I would never wear it.
