I'd probably wear this one over a long sleeved mock neck top (Fall/Winter).  

I'm the Fran Fine (The Nanny) gal who loves her style (wearing long sleeved tops underneath dresses, etc.)!

This is a blouse I would buy in a minute!  I love the style, the embroidery enhances.  I also love that the blouse is loose, roomy and comfortable!!!!!!  Very nice!

I don't notice any problem with the shirt; it doesn't look old or shapeless to me. I guess everyone sees things differently because this is something that looks nice.

I noticed the same thing.  I think the issue is the gathers around the outside of that lace inlay.

It's hard to wear gathers over the bust and works best with small busts.
