Ebay problem...what do i do?

Hi Ladies...need your input on what to do.

Received the wrong color bag.She shipped late which wasn't a big deal.She mailed me saying that her 80 yr old dad had to be rushed to hospital so delay in shipping.

After getting the bag I wrote to her immediately stating the problem.She had the color i wanted listed so i thought she might correct the issue.She never responded.

I figured she might be busy looking after her Dad.But now i see she has been listing other items.I would have kept the item but i do have several of the color.And do not want to be out of $$$ for no reason.I have never given anyone negative feedback and iam not going to even in this case.

Its a 3 day return policy.Do i contact ebay and open a case?If she can mail me my color great and if not ill return the item.But then I want the return shipping reimbursed.What would you do?

Any input is greatly appreciated.
