I ordered a bronzo italia watch on 6 easy pays. When I go into my easy pay order status it says contact cs. I was just wondering why. If you look at the oder status page it says processing.
Just called and they said it is in process, they said must have been a "glitch", but everything is ok and order is processing. I should have called earlier but I just thought someone might have the answer on the boards. Thanks for the replies.
Must be a lot of those glitches going on today. I ordered a top yesterday and went in today to check order status and it showed being on an auto-delivery plan. Well I knew for certain that the top I ordered wasn't part of any auto-delivery so when I called the guy told me it was a "glitch". Said there has been a lot of that going on today, so hope I don't get the same top in different colors every 60 days, lol.

FYI, the glitch where regular orders are identified as auto delivery has been going on for days now. It happened on some of my orders and QVC said they are working on the problem.
