Ihave no clue as to who the designer is but it looks like a quality cashmere sweater so even with no embroidery,  it would probably be in excess of $200.

The design looks certainly Asian--possibly Japanese to me.  I don't care for it and it doesn't say "Eagle" to me either.  But I don't care for it in any case and the sweater looks cheap.

I cheated.  Price is outrageous.  I'm sure, given the designer, that the sweater is cashmere; even so they probably had the embroidery machine done inChina, Korea or Japan. Fair market should be no more than $400.
