I ordered a jacket on 6 easy pays..never again! You can't see the value pays..you have to talk to different departments. So far, it looks like I will be paying more then I agreed too..long waits to speak to CS too. I can't wait until June when its paid off. Too bad, I like Pamela McCoy, just wish she was at HSN, since she lives in Florida now. Their credit card is easy to understand. Just an FYI~

Customer service is great. I never once waited a long time to speak to a customer rep. Evine live sends you a complete list of value pays with how many payments you have left to pay. It arrives in your email.

I get an email at the beginning of the month that tells me what VP's I have coming. You can also see the VP's on line by looking at the order.

Thanks betteb, I finally got CS and they had the wrong email address, thats why I haven't been informed about the valuepays..and the value pay info was wrong..the other CS told me I had 4, when after this payment I will have 2. Big difference. It wouldn't let me look at my order online..glad you've had great service, maybe I was calling CS at the wrong time. Anyway..I'll just be glad when my VP's are over!

Those value pays can sneak up on you. I like that they do a lot of value pays, but I find myself wishing they would just do 3 or 4, instead of 6, unless it's a higher dollar itemSmile

You can pay off your Value Pays at any time ... I do ... you don't have to pay them monthly for six months ...

6 value pays would drive me crazy. It would be a real pain to keep track of them. A bookkeeping nightmare!

You are right, for this reason I pay in full every time I order, no Essy, Flex, Valu, or Stretch Pays for me.
