EP FROM 2014 APPEARED ON MY ACCOUNT

Watch your accounts. Yesterday over $400 in EP's appeared on my account, and it is blocked. THEY ARE FROM 2014. If it were correct, I would not have been able to order for all of 2015. Corporate is "reviewing". Watch your returns also and make sure you get credited.

Unfortunately things fall thru the cracks. It is good that you caught it and they are reviewing it..

 

Were they easy pays that they forgot to bill and they did a account review and caught it or did the computer just hicup and spew $400 of them out of nowhere?

Unfortunately with the greatness of technology also comes some spider webs that don't always get cleared out. 

 

I am sure Corporate will do the right thing and handle it accordingly.
