Dyson presenter Debbie today. What kind of top with slit on shoulder to elbow is she wearing?

What do they call the kind of top that the Dyson presenter Debbie is wearing on Dyson with Dan Hughes?

It has a slit on the arm from shoulder down to her elbow.

I haven’t seen a top like that before.  It looks cute on her.

Yes.  It must be a split sleeve top.

I don’t usually wear a bra with cold shoulder tops and dresses.

How do you keep from showing /revealing too much exposure when the slits open up? 

I noticed when the presenter bent over to demonstrate the Dyson, the split sleeve opened up enough to reveal a lot from the side.  I don’t want “accidental exposre” on windy days , or when bending over.

The presenter is like me, small but perky on top.
