She looks pretty , her face and hair, lovely. The navy blue is pretty but I read they are supposed to wear black. IDK. One petty point, the belt is too skinny and bunches up the coat but overall nice.

Agree. She looks nice, but the belt is unnecessary and tends to make the outfit look a bit sloppy.  I like the hat. The outfit appears to me to be more navy than royal blue.

The belt and coat at the waistline make her waist look really poufed out. In fact, in People photos of her in the coat she looks pregnant (not saying she is, just that the coat is really poufed out at the waist.)

Love the beautiful hat -wish I owned that one!
