The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (Earl and Countess of Strathearn when in Scotland) are visiting Dundee, Scotland, where they will officially open the V & A Dundee, the country’s first design museum and the only V&A museum outside of London.  As patron of the V&A, Kate will deliver a speech, and the couple will also do a walkabout on the waterfront.

Absolutely stunning and Royal Blue is one of my favorite colors!....I love her style so much whether she is dressed up or casual...Kate & William are just the perfect image together and performing their roles with such class!

I've seen pictures of Kate in jeans and a shirt with her hair pulled back...grocery shopping...and she still looks great!...Now that is when I can relate to her!

Kate rewore her green Alexander McQueen tartan coat dress.

She first wore it when she visited St. Andrew's School in November 2012.
