The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge teamed up with Britain's Queen of TV cookery Mary Berry to cook up a festive feast to thank people connected to their patronages who will be working over the Christmas period.

​The events were filmed by Shine TV for the BBC as part of an hour-long TV special called A Berry Royal Christmas, which airs on December 16.

Kate's dress is from Alessandra Rich's AW19 collection.

Crafted in Italy from lightweight silk, it's printed with small polka dots and petals. It has structured padded shoulders and the pleated skirt falls to a sweeping midi length. ​The off-the-rack dress features a keyhole neckline but Kate's version has a bow tie.

I think the dress is very pretty but I prefer the keyhole look rather than the bow.  I think the bow takes away from the style.  With that being said, Kate manages to look lovely even with the bow!!!!

Maybe with the keyhole neck she was concerned about the keyhole neckline showing more then she wanted as she was leaning over things in front of the camera?  It does seem to be a deep opening.

i like both versions of the dress.  Kate always looks pretty.
