The Duchess of Cambridge is visiting Scouts’ headquarters to try and get kids as young as four signed up.

She will join them in activities including boat building and balloon rocket assembling.

Kate will also plant an oak sapling to mark the 100th anniversary of the site on her visit.

Today's activities are aiming to improve communication and teamwork among youngsters.

To top off her outfit, Kate wore a red, white, and blue scarf tied with a friendship knot as a nod to the Scout uniform.

Maybe Kate will be inspired to enroll her own children in Scouting.

She always looks just right for where she is, what she's doing...and never looks like she tried too hard to look that way. Just effortlessly beautiful (but of course we all know it takes lots of effort!).

So far, she is the Queen 2.0 as we used to say!  She is amazing!   And William is confident enough to let her be amazing and each of them seems comfortable letting the other one shine.  To me, that is the best part of this couple.

They don't need to cling to one another, but even as a couple they seem comfortable with themselves as individuals.  Isn't that what it is all about?  I think that is what women are striving for.  At least I hope so.

Kate, who was a Brownie as a child, has spoken out about how she enjoys spending time in nature with her children, Prince George, five, Princess Charlotte, three, and Prince Louis, 11 months.

In 2012 the palace announced the Duchess would become a Scout leader as part of her patronage of charities and bodies. Her status helped raise awareness about a shortage of Scouting volunteers.
