I love the pieces separately, but not crazy about the color combo. I would have preferred a neutral blouse or jacket. That said, she can make any outfit look good.

It's the color combo that I like, not the individual pieces necessarily.  She certainly has the slim figure and flat tummy for the outfit.

I don't like the elastic back, either, but I didn't mention it because a belt would have ruined the look from the front and the overall effect from the front is really good. 

The culottes look cheap and goofy on the model. Opposite on Kate.
