The Duchess of Cambridge has arrived at a children’s hospital to join a creative workshop for young patients and their siblings.
Kate is patron of the Evelina London Children’s Hospital and holds the same role with the National Portrait Gallery, which is running the activity at the hospital.
The National Portrait Gallery works in close collaboration with play specialists at Evelina London to take artists into the hospital to deliver workshops to children of all ages, along with their siblings and parents.

I want what she's having
Love that suit...in my day, I would have worn something like it.
And, of course, her best accessories always...that smile and her hair.

She's a joy. My sense is that Kate is a contented young woman.

Kate opted for a bespoke boucle tweed two-piece by Dolce & Gabbana, featuring sapphire-esque buttons and a skater skirt. She first wore it in February last year.
She's teamed it with black block heel pumps by Gianvito Rossi and her Mappin & Webb earrings.

Kate combined two causes close to her heart — children and photography the outing.
She joined a creative workshop run to see how the arts support children’s health, well-being and happiness.
In addition to photography, one of Kate’s favorite pastimes, children receiving care at the hospital participated in activities such as illustration and 3D set design.
Kate, who has previously dubbed herself an “enthusiastic amateur photographer,” is something of an art buff: she studied art history at the University of St. Andrews, where she met Prince William. Photography was also the focus of her thesis in school.
