Dressy Blouses

I see these pretty silky, taffeta, satin, chartruese n nice fabric blouses on certain occasions, but who's producing n selling them? The host and models on the shopping networks are wearing what I'm looking for to go with certain denims and other things, but the networks not selling them, so where are they finding them and how can I get them without leaving my small town?
