DreamJeannes... Short or Regular?? Help!

Hi Ladies!

Am stuck between choosing to buy Short or Regular length in the Upcoming August TSV. My inseam is 28 and the Short version has an inseam of 28 1/2, the Regular has an inseam of 31 1/2.

I've heard that having DreamJeannes hemmed can be difficult, don't know if this is true or not.

The 28 1/2 will be too short even wearing flats. On the other side of this the 31 1/2 will be too long even with low heals (1.5 - 2 inch heels).

Providing I can have the Regular length hemmed, it seems to me the Regular length is the way to go?
