Don't You Think That Winter Items

such as coats, sweaters, boots, etc. should be on sale/clearance like they are everywhere else?? And I don't mean the Q's idea of clearance .....$3.00 off. I think the Q needs to get with it....why would we want to pay full price for these winter items when we can get sale and clearance prices almost everywhere.
