Does anyone own A203807 D&B hobo bag?

I fell in love with this bag and want to get it, reviews are great, but everyone says the strap falls off your shoulder. Has that been your experience? Also about all colors are reviewed but the tan, which is what I'm interested in, have several D&B purses so I need a color I don't have, wondering if the tan is more for summer or winter. TIA
