Does anyone know this dress?

As pictured with today’s Patricia Nash TSV .... I was guessing Laurie Felt or Haute Hippie but can’t locate it on QVC.com after many searches. TIA!

Could well be anthropologie's dress. I walked through the store this week-   Lots of full skirts, tiered skirts and dresses and lots of prices that make QVC's prices look downright inexpensive by comparison.
