Also, people have been posting here for a few months now about Leah losing weight.
I think that's quite a bit before she went on vacation.
And, as some others have noted, often a weight loss isn't even noticed until more than a few pounds are gone. And the more you have to lose, the less the loss is noticed until it's significant.

Whatever her secret, she should bottle and sell it. She looks beyond fabulous.

Some posters act like this procedure is akin to those done in dark alleys with a coat hanger. Good grief. Who would even want to be subjected to those archaic attitudes.
As for Leah, my husband was going wild with the remote Saturday morning and stopped in his tracks when he saw her. (This man can see a 2 lb weight gain/loss on anyone). We were amazed at Leah's transformation. No matter what diet plan/procedure she has done, she was always beautiful, but now looks fabulous.
IMO no one should be putting unfounded rumors out there. Someone speculates she had surgery and pretty soon people are repeating it like it's a fact. Not to mention, Leah herself has mentioned more than once on air to vendors and on her FB page about how she lost weight and she has denied having surgery. As someone else above said you either believe her or you don't.
There have been what seems like 100 threads about Leah's weightloss and everytime, people refuse to accept what she has said.
As someone who lost a lot of weight by old-fashioned watching what I was eating and exercising, it angered me when I was accused of having gastric-bypass surgery. Not because I think it's the easy way out or that there is anything wrong with it, but because I didn't have the surgery. The speculation was ignorant and unfounded.

Here is a picture of Leah from October, 2017 and the bottom is a picture of her from last week.

She looks terrific and that weight loss in a year is due to what Leah says it was.
Food choice and exercise!

There is no secret or mystery to losing weight. Eat a well balanced diet and exercise. You have to make a commitment for life to change your old eating habits. Losing weight is really not that hard. The really hard part is keeping off that weight that you lost. If you lose the weight and then return to your old eating habits you are doomed. That's why I say you must change your old habits and commit to new ones if you want to succeed.

I gave up sugar and lost 12 lbs. I didn’t even recognize Leah today as I rarely watch. Her face looks like she had work done for sure.

@bootsanne wrote:I think the speculation continues because with most weight losses there's usually a plateau. She looks slimmer everytime she's on. She looked much smaller than Jackie the model who is a size large. I commend her because she looks stunning and weight loss is very hard. Leah was the only person who looked good in today's TSV.
@bootsanne, I think part of the reason Leah looks smaller is because she seems to be wearing clothing that fits her better now. The other day she was in a medium instead of a large and she looked fantastic. The larges she had been wearing were hanging on her and I think made her look bigger.
she said on Saturday that they were still bringing her clothing from her old size to wear, although why this should be is a mystery
