I don't think Leah lost over 100 lbs. She wasn't that heavy to start with.

There is no secret to weight loss. No secret pills. No secret anything. It's about adapting a healthy eating plan that's right for you. It's about exercise. And drinking lots of water - not diet sodas.
And above all, it's about consistency.

@Caaareful Shopper wrote:@depglass According to Leah, many times now, it's not a secret. She said she started her weight loss plan in January and has given up many of her favorite foods, is working out, and continues to work at it. She does look absolutely fantastic, but I always thought she did.

Very intelligent approach on Leah's part. I believe she is a size 12 in pants and a medium on top. That's a good look in my opinion. The xxs hosts are people I can't relate to when selling clothing.

Leah was on vacation for 2 weeks at the beginning of August. She posted on her FB page that she spent most of it relaxing on the beach. Here is a response from Leah when someone asked on her FB page back then about her weightloss:
I wish I had a secret.... I don't ...I have just been working really hard at it for a while and just now the results are finally starting to show...Although I’ve had to cut way back on some of the things that I love (like fried foods and sweets) I feel much better. I’m thrilled that you think the changes are looking good!

What else can she say????
I hope this issue is closed, either you believe her explanation or NOT!!

Same speculation and ignorance prevailed years ago when Patti lost weight. There was never a quick loss either. Eat less and the more you need to lose the quicker it will be. Leah was thin when first coming to the Q and she now looks like herself again. No secret and no magic...

No. If anyone did, it wouldn't be a secret any more.

I believe the reason anyone would not want to disclose that the had a medical procedure to assist in weight loss can be found right in this thread. Some posters act like this procedure is akin to those done in dark alleys with a coat hanger. Good grief. Who would even want to be subjected to those archaic attitudes.
As for Leah, my husband was going wild with the remote Saturday morning and stopped in his tracks when he saw her. (This man can see a 2 lb weight gain/loss on anyone). We were amazed at Leah's transformation. No matter what diet plan/procedure she has done, she was always beautiful, but now looks fabulous.
