@Steffdoggy10. You are very observent. So when did Leah go on vacation? So there was no visible loss until then? Leah never wore tight clothes, so I wouldn't have noticed a loss or not for a good while. Please advise about the vacation.

@Steffdoggy10 Even going on vacation, she would have only been gone, what, one to two weeks? She wouldn't have come back to work after a week or two with a 30 lb loss. I had lost nearly 30 lbs by the time people started noticing.

I heard she’s been on the Nutrisystem Weight Loss and Diet Plan for awhile. Many people swear that it really takes the weight off quickly. And safely. I cannot confirm if that is true though.
But, a sensible choice of healthy foods, and moderation in the amount of food you eat , plus excercise is the key to healthy living.
I don’t eat stuff most American people like. Pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, potato chips, donuts, sodas, candy sweets, deserts, fried foods, and other junk food. Less carbs as well. I eat less red meat, and eat chicken, pork, or fish, and lots of fresh fruit, lots of fresh leafy greens, and fresh vegetables. Stir fry with little oil, or steamed. Little or no salt/soy sauce. And I drink lots of water, or green tea. An Asian Diet. My BMI is perfect. Blood sugar normal. Blood pressure normal. Heart healthy. That’s just me. Maybe just very lucky. YMMV.

Everybody has a right to privacy, most people I know don't want to tell the world they had some kind of procedure, so why would anyone except a host who has historically been private to announce their personal medical information?
Many of us have tried to lose weight for years so if you have been a larger size, you know how slow and hard the weight loss process is.

There is a quote that is perfect
You can fool all the people some of the time
And some people all of the time
but you can't fool all the people all the time
😊
So use wisdom, think, analyze all issues.... Not just this issue..... before you believe every story thrown out as true😂

I have always thought Leah was very attractive no matter her size. Just because we can “see” her, doesn’t mean we know her. She doesn’t owe anyone an explanation.
