Who would think that was an appropriate outfit to wear anywhere other than your own back yard?   

I'm disappointed that the restaurant is back peddling and apologizing for refusing her service.    They should stand by their rules.   

I'm so tired of everyone who imagines an injustice taking it to FaceBook so they can make a big spectacle out of it and try to destroy a business.   

Pregnant or not, any woman should know what is the correct attire to wear when you are out in a public place.
