I say every year, nothing shorter than bermudas. But then that thermometer hits 90 and I see what others are wearing - and think I'll fit right in. 
Out come the shorts !
I love to wear capris. I don't think shorts are very flattering on me even though it really doesn't matter when you think about the big scope of things in life

Not any more. When we lived in Az. and Nevada, I was slim, trim, always tanned and had great legs, or so I was told. LOL
Arizona, short ones because we lived in a party area on the Colo. River. Nevada, a little longer. I rode my bike ten miles a day and the legs were tan and slim. Sure miss that. Bermudas sometimes too, loved them. Now I have white, not pretty legs at all and I would never wear any style.
