I hear this term more often the older I get and I'm wondering what it's all about.

Why do some women wear bras to bed?

Is there a reason I should be doing so?

Thank you.

Re: Do you wear a sleep bra?

I used to wear a bra to bed when I was nursing for support, but not anymore.

I can't be comfortable sleeping in one now, but I never go without one in my waking hours.

I wear the ahh bra to sleep. It is more like a stretchy tee. I am busty so it helps to support. I would not be abke ti wear a regular bra to bed.

No, but then I am not very busty.  Seems like something invented to sell more bras.

I've read some say that it's for modesty in the morning.  When they get up they don't know who will be up. There kids friends or whomever.

I did not use to, but I bought  some genie style comfort bras and found that it was so comfortable to wear them all day and night. So I do now wear them to bed.

I guess I'm having trouble imagining how any bra, no matter how comfortable, can be more comfortable than no bra at all.

No.  I'm "minimally" endowed.

Re: Do you wear a sleep bra?

I sometimes do wear a bra. I have some Rhonda Shear bras as well as some cheaper Walmart stretch bras and will wear them without the pads in them to bed. It's just for comfort and modesty. There's no need to spend a lot on one though.
