I'm short and thin (106 lbs now) and I do like heels with jeans. I wear them at work (I wear sneakers when I walk to work). I keep my heels at my desk. I also add a blazer someitmes. I wear good jeans and they look pretty good with the heels. Dresses it up.

I don't own a pair of heels and haven't in decades. Never wear heels with jeans---have enough trouble in flat shoes these days!!!

Since Covid and working from home (have gone back to the office 2 days/wk but it's all casual now) I haven't worn heels. I tried my old shoes on recently and couldn't believe how uncomfortable they were! I guess those days are behind me now. I never wore heels with casual styles, including jeans. I think the hosts do because it makes them look better/trendier.

Jeans are casual and I equate high heels with dressy. Kind of a juxtaposition wearing heels with denim. Beside the fact, high heels with jeans conjures an image of Peg Bundy in my mind.🤣 kind of tacky..😳

No. I wear heels with my dress pants.

Sometimes. It depends on where I'm going.

Back in the 80s I wore pumps a few times with my jeans. It was "the thing" to do, but I didn't really like it so I didn't do it very often. I will wear a casual wedge heel or chunky heeled boot with my jeans, but not a pump or stiletto. Depending on the weather, I usually wear a boot, sneaker, flat, or loafer with my jeans. I still wear my heels with some of my dresses.

The below is my latest purchase last month, Clarks 3 inches. Will look great with jeans and shorts. I do not do the Peg Bundy look.

@Catch71 wrote:I get so thrown off when I watch Kourtney and Amy presenting jeans with their heels on. I am short like them, but not an extra extra small, but I never wear heels with jeans. I get they like to look taller but to me it's not realistically how most people wear jeans. Wedges I can see, but 4" heels? Guess I'm showing my age.
I did when I was younger but can't wear any shoe with a heel over 2"

I think it's just because they are doing a fashion presentation on TV and heels give them a more fashion forward look. I think many women wear heels with jeans when they are going for a particular look. Jeans can be dressed up. I can't wear heels now but for dressier looks I wear sparkly or pointed toe flats with jeans.
