The dress is ok but the neckline is terrible.

If the necklace was gold, I might like it better. It looks out of place with the red and gold dress. I'm also not fond of v-necks to navel, but if you've got it, flaunt it, I guess.

 The dress is beautiful, and so is she, but the plunging neckline is a no for me. Less is best in my opinion. @San Antonio Gal  I just don't get that kind of neckline. It takes away from the dress, and her.

No. The entire costume looks like she is trying too hard. And her hair is incongruent with the dressy attire.

I do not care for the plunging neckline on this or any dress. I would prefer a different neckline and color, the necklace is very pretty and would enhance many types of fashions.
