The entire outfit from neck to shoes is an ugly monstrosity.  Generally, a beautiful woman like  that with her body, would look good in anything.  But not that outfit.

I think it's "too beige" although the deep tones are pretty.  I agree, she looks beautiful in everything.  If anyone can wear it she can.
