It's an old style.

Couple guests were wearing the dress/shirt

at the Moschino Pre-Fall show in Dec'19.

 

Surprised Phiyanka is not more cutting edge🤷‍♀️

Well, I'm sure she practices self-love and she is happy with it.  The new mantra for any controversial/questionable wardrobe selections.

 

Also, celebs tend to select clothing for reasons that promote their "brand" and attention whether good/bad.

 

I wouldn't wear it....but, given the above-considerations, she might love it and/or fulfills her weekly quota for buzz-worthy clothing.  She is a gorgeous women

I like it. It's too short for me as a dress but I'd wear it as a shirt. Definitely. I think it's fun.

I think she looks rather chic in this retro ensemble, and has the legs to pull it off. Even her choice of sunglasses and earrings get my vote👍👍.

It would look better if she wore it over tights or leggings.  It's OK but I don't want an angry man face on my shirt.
