Strappy sandals with hose? No. This isn't attractive. But she's very pretty.

Not sure why she's wearing a black camisole exposing a black strap.  

 

Then, the black nylons and shoes?  I guess to go with the black strap.

 

Silver sandals and nude nylons are more appropriate with this pretty dress.

I do not mind the hose with strappy sandals as long as the hose do not have "toes" and "heels" in them.  As long as they are totally silky sheer, I am okay with it.  I cannot abide the casket curtain dress.
