I couldn't/wouldn't wear it but it's a cute dress on both of them. Katie's high tops look horrible with it, however.

Awful dress. Not even a matter of who wore it better. It's simply not a flattering look. Certainly not on either of the women pictured here.

True and a classic case of pap's desperation, because other than marrying a star, albeit a strange one, and appearing in a TV show or two years ago, along with a string of bombs, one might question the extent of her celebrity. One wonders if these sort of minor celebrities alert the paps as to when they'll be out taking a 'pap walk'.

Horrible dress.  If you assembled all the elements that are unflattering into one garment, it would be this dress.  Maybe suitable for formal night in the penitentiary....if you're an inmate.

It's a mess on Katie, but it's mostly her posture, that slouchy tote over the shoulder and those clunky athletic looking shoes. It's a bad combo and bad photo. 

Meghan rocks this dress. She looks great. But she had thoughtful, complimentary accessories.
