I don't like it on Katie.  She doesn't have the figure for it.  That's a fashion don't on Katie.  Meghan looks fantastic in it.  And I love it with the long cardigan.

IMO, tough dress for most bodies.  And even those it does flatter need to be posed well.  That candid shot of Katie plus the choice of footwear both detract from her appearance.

I've never seen Katie in one outfit that looked good on her.  She either doesn't have a stylist or they should be replaced.

To me these dresses are simply something worn to get attention and publicity.  Nothing attractive, practical or fashionable about them.  It's one of those 'fashion' to get people talking about me scams.

I like it!  The sweater is nice, too.  I am not on the sneakers with everything bandwagon.  

I don't like it.  It reminds me of "working girl" and carrying one's shoes with them.  Megan's sandals look spot on to me.  Katie looks too casual for my taste.  I don't care for tha bag either.

I've never seen her look great in anything.  Usually not even good in anything.  I think she's just not into clothes and fashion.
