Untucked. Shirts never stay tucked in for me anyway, so I am biased against. To me the half tuck looks like the person just rushed out of the restroom.

I personally don't like the tucked look but the partly tucked is what I do often. It's just whatever you like and feel comfortable in that counts - not what others consider stylish!!

You mentioned it was for work. Yes, wear it tucked in. It gives a fresh, crisp, "together" appearance to the company you represent.

I usually wear a half tuck with no belt. If I am going line dancing I will tuck & wear a belt, but only with mid-waist jeans. I hate high waisted pants.

I do not tuck a shirt in all the way. Maybe a half tuck here or there, but usually it's untucked.
