No. It looks like maternity wear. I don't like all those layers or the color combo. Might be slightly better if all the layers were the same color.

OopS -  meant this as a reply to Sarina who said it looked like it was made in Home Ec.  I see nothing at all good I can say about this dress.

The top layer is too short and too gathered which causes it to stand out.  Every layer adds vol;ume to the layer above it.  One would to be nearly anorexic to look good in this design.
