I recently bought a pair of skinny jeans with a frayed hem and really like it. Frayed hems don't draw my attention the way some fringe does.
The only problem I had in the beginning was that the fray on one leg kept going around a toe when I was putting them on (if you have put on skinny jeans, you know how that can happen).
@suzyQ3 Agree, there is a huge difference between the two. I have a few pairs of jeans from last summer, they were called “raw hem” but it’s not fringe at all. As for true fringe, it’s just not for me.
