Yes,I find Isaac's clothes to run tighter in the bust and waist/hips than other lines on QVC, and while I rarely purchase because they don't seem to fit me right, when I do order, I go up from my usual L to XL, but even then sometimes the fit just isn't great.

I have found that his shirts run a little roomier than D&C. I can wear a medium in all of his tshirts but D&C sometimes they are too tight in the arms and stomach area. It could also be the material in D&C. Pants I don't know because I have never bought any pants or skirts from the IM line. I wear small in D & C bottoms and medium in their dresses.
