Disappointed in D&Co.

Don't guess I'll be ordering their clothes any more and I have spend a fortune with them.

Now, when you look up sizing information on their new clothes it's all in seamstress lingo. I've griped about that before on Isaac's clothes, but, looks like Gary has gone that way too on their new arrivals.

I have no idea what to order now. It's bad enough they changed the way we shop with the auto start of videos, hard to read color selections and now I got to put up with guessing what size I'll need. Back to the B&M stores.

Every time I was in serious doubt about what size to order I called QVC customer service. After giving them my measurements, they helped me determine which size to order. They were always nice and willing to help. 😊

They don't give the measurement in inches for the common folk.

Is a 'L' a 44 in. bust or XL size?

You see the chest measurement and it's 0 LOL huh?

talks about sizing that only a tailor could understand I want to know 3 things

bust

waist

hip D&Co. were always so great about their 'click here' sizing. Now, they got new stuff coming in I wanted to jump in before the crowd hit and I'm stumped. I don't know if I need a 'L' or 'XL' makes me so mad that I just don't order.

Isaac's clothes too I just ran into it. I hate to ask what size I might need to a male customer service rep. Tell him my bust size. yikes !

@SharkE - I know what you're talking about, and it IS frustrating! I checked a few other fashion lines and they are all the same. They used to have a tab that said "sizing" and a link at the bottom of the description that said "to see the specific measurements for this item click here." They have done away with the simple sizing chart!

I hope someone from QVC sees this and recommends they bring it back. That's what I used. I don't understand the technical fashion measurements either!
