I think she will work for Donald Trump......he said he wanted her to work for him several years ago when she was selling his book on air. She would be a fabulous, classy Rep to sell high-end condos in NYC!!!

Television is so difficult......I think her life and her working hours would be better with a job like that. She'd have an amazing lifestyle, and make a gazillion dollars!

Well, if "ridiculed" isn't the exact right word, I still take your posts as harsh criticism...."OMG", "obsessed", "scary"????.....that's pretty strong as far as comments go, wouldn't you say, so I was just stating MY opinion in response to those.

Nothing wrong with that. And if you think I'm one of those Lisa "groupies", you're mistaken, as my history of posts can attest to. I rarely comment about her.

Just defending those who feel that commenting about the topic isn't a sign of mental instability, but more just an innocent, if trivial, conversation. Yes, we are ALL entitled to our views, not just you.

If you look at my past posts you will know I'm not a host basher. Yes, I agree I'm entitled to my view just like you or anybody else on this board. You may not agree, but it's your responsibility to handle those comments in a mature reasonable fashion. I will stick to what I have said here. My comments will not change because I don't agree with yours. She was a sales host on a shopping channel, nothing more, nothing less. I wish her well in her future endeavors.

Okay, I think our comments back and forth are starting to get a little too much, and probably tiresome to others and even to us. But I will just say one more thing, then I'm not posting anymore regarding this.

I'm not singling you out or objecting to your opinion, and I totally agree with you that Lisa Robertson is just a shopping host and a minor "celebrity" at best....not really worthy of being in the forefront of anyone's concern, not really.

However, I do object to taking some innocent, as I've said, water cooler chitchat, and calling posters "obsessed" or "scary" or other things of that ilk. It's just conversation, online conversation, the kind we used to have over coffee, when taking a quick break from our daily responsibilities, etc. etc. That's what I find objectionable and I just felt like saying so. I would guess that most of these posters that you are finding "scary" are just trying to take a few minutes out of their day to relax and chat with online friends.

Let's agree to disagree and not take this silly posting back and forth any further.

You are right, right, RIGHT, that the host in question is not important, and neither really are these posts both of us continue to make.

As I said when it was first announced that Lisa was 'on her way out the door', that neither Lisa, nor many other's, would leave a high paying position like she had without a reason: either they did not renew her contract, cannot imagine that, or she has been offered and accepted another higher paying job someplace else. Usually won't happen. No one walks away like that without good reason, usually money. I wish her all the best..........

She started a new public FB page in order to keep her following, presumably for her future endeavors. If she were retiring, why would she bother? Clearly, she wants everyone to know where she's going when the time is right to make the announcement.

By the way I have never watched her shows, I do think she is very attractive and can not understand the amount of hate some bitter middle aged women feel for her.Too bad that trashy Honey boo was canceled, you probably feel at home watching that train wreck.
