For something I was working on ... I had to look up some info on the old TV show "Soul Train."

 

Check out some 1974 Soul Train videos!  

 

Some of the clothes the women are wearing look quite "current / chic / awesome / fresh / cute / modern" .... Smiley LOL

you should watch the series american soul.......tons of great 70s costumes/clothing!
