Has anyone purchased this item?   It looks fabulous so I ordered the "As is" one for $85

Lots of mixed reviews about the buttons and packaging but usually DB clothing line is superb.

   I bought the blue one last yr as TSV .  I did exchange for a larger size  to accommodate big sweaters  .  The buttons have long loops  as another poster explained to accommodate the thick pile .  Easy enough to   change the buttons if one likes , but I was fine  with them  as they blend in  with the faux fur.

Mostly bought  to add to what I have  from his line from the last  6 yrs . I

 my description- i did not use the  correct terminology

  Yes, you are correct one elastic  loop at neck button. THe rest are regulard buttons but the strings holding the button to the faux fur are longer than you would see on a flat fabric blouse or low pile jacket

@skatting44 hopefully the buttons won't fall off may need to get them reinforced

Update - Received coat.  Buttons are loose and I'm not sure if I like it.  Doesn't really flatter the body.  If I size down it will be too tight.  I'm going to try it out and if I don't like it I'm returning it since the return policy is extended until January.
