Denim & Company Shorts!!!

I hesitate to put this under "Fashion Talk". There's nothing fashionable about the shorts I just received. I ordered them in large. Petite large is my usual choice in D&C pants. I really thought that shorts coming roughly to the top of my knee would be great. They were the knit, which I usually love, and nice colors. So I ordered three pair.

Sadly, these are about 2 inches below my knee (pedal pusher length), and the legs are about six inches too wide. I can't believe that there is such a wide variance in sizing with D&C. I've worn that brand for years and had no issues.

What haves they done to the sizing???????? These are going back.
