Try finding the D and C ones on ebay, I get all my Q clothes on ebay, brand new.

The ones from Kohl's are nice but were very long.  Fabric and color was nice

Ebay has a LOT of Denim & Co. clothing, much of it brand new.  I've definitely seen the original waist pants, just don't know if they have the size and color you need. Just type in "Denim & Co. original waist pants XL".  "Denim & Co." along with the item # might work, too.  If you do find what you want, it will definitely cost less.

I just bought Lands End on Amazon. $22.00, elastic waiste jeans, lots of colors. I bought size 8, petite and they fit perfectly. Actually better made than the QVC ones.

 

I couldn't believe the price and the quality. Plus, pockets!
