How unimaginative. Long sleeve shirt with doilys just sewn on in full at around the stomach part of the shift. Years ago in the 60's teenagers would cut a strategically place the doily in the most flattering place, on the collar or cuffs or on the top of a pocket. This is totally lazy design.

@mjmm You should post a pic so we can understand your statement. I have no idea what you are talking about.

If you aren't able to post a photo, how about the item number?   I'm not sure what you mean, either.

I like doilies. I still use them in my home but I don't want to wear them. Must be new, never saw it presented. Price is $83 ouch!

I don't care for the look and not sure about lyocell; don't think I have any of that fabric in my closet. It sure looks shiny on Shawn's presentation. I think this entire line (Canyon Retreat) is overpriced but not much in the line that I would even want. When I say that, it's not to say I think it's ugly and, if I saw someone wearing it, I wouldn't say "oh that's just horrible". We all have different fashion senses and I'm the first to say I probably don't have one at all.Screenshot 2024-07-02 070449.png

I belong to two "Yarn" groups.  We knit or crochet.  Many items going to Ukraine.  Recently women have been working with granny squares for their grandchildren, not infants, teenagers!  Last week several went to Art and Craft shows where clothing was selling out made with doilies.  I remember making handbags out of old jeans.  Shawls that we all use to chochet are coming back.  Wish I had the four I made, might have one, must look.  There are jeans with granny squares aroung the bottom on the Q.   Can't wait to see my grandaughters next week and what clothes they are going to ask for!

I love lyocell/tencel.  This fabric is soft, light and flowy, but not with these big doily circles.
