I decided to hold off on the choqua striped bateau necked top. I am looking forward to receiving my navy and green striped jackets.

Bird, you sick now, too? Is it that flu? If so, settle in with some tea. It took me nearly two weeks to completely shake it.
I just got home after work, checking on sister, checking on parents. My father says his radiation oncologist gave him a "clean bill of health" today. No, not really, dad. She just thinks you're doing great given your age. But he sure looks good.
I LIKE the clip dot fabric. I bought a button front shirt in that fabric off of eBay about two years ago. It has a nice split collar and is that medium purple that I think Denim & Co. calls blue iris. I just don't care for this style.
And I agree with you, that print tank is really pretty.

Favorite Son - it has been so long (I am not kidding) since I've been sick that I really don't know what it is. It started over the weekend with me feeling cold. I thought it was the dampness in the air outside because the snow was melting a bit. My throat started tickling and hurting at the same time and then came the hack - only at night of course as I was trying to sleep. My nose was plugged up and I guess breathing through my mouth wasn't good for my throat. I was so exhausted from no sleep and I didn't sound human when I spoke words out loud. I am a bit hoarse from ignoring that thyroid for 2 years, but this was really bad. I called in for a day off - didn't want to make anyone else sick. Loaded up on cough/cold medication - at least the stuff that doesn't have Phenylephrine, since that is bad for my shot thyroid. I am taking Zicam like it's going out of style. Oh brother (lol).

FS - I've kept a flameless candle cycling for your dad, since you first mentioned there was something that the doctors were looking into (wow bad grammar on my part). I'm so pleased to read that he is tolerating his treatment well.

I picked up A213676. The tiered V-neck sundress. I love to wear things like this around the house during the summer. Since I don't like my upper arms, I can throw a jean jacket or short sweater on to run an errand or two.

Twopeas, dresses like that come in handy. Just pop it on, add a sweater or jacket and it looks like you put forth more effort than you really did.

My husband swears by Zicam. My flu started very slowly, too. It took about three days for the virus to reach peak after it was released and started to multiply, then it was another five or six days of nothing but earache, sore throat, practically NO sleep, and that fever. The only thing that gave me any relief at all was Coricidin (sp?) HBP. I don't know if you could take that or not. I only know that my mother's physician recommended it as the best cold/flu medicine to take for someone with high blood pressure. I don't have high blood pressure, but I had taken all of my day and night liquid cold medicines, and finally called my parents (they are next door) and told them to get whatever they had in their cabinet out and put it between the front door and screen door. I was so sick I didn't even want to go in their house. I scuttled over there in the dark of night and picked up that bottle off of the front porch like a little old beggar. I drank two little cups of it and finally got some rest. So I know how you feel. But the Coricidin really helped.

If Gary is the reason for this he needs to go somewhere where people like the Sports Saggy line. The prices go up, and the selection goes down. Plus, on close ups the quality is terrible. I noticed on 2 tops the stitching was very sloppily done.
If it is cool enough to wear a summer sweater who wants short sleeves?
Who wants a maxi dress in fall colors for summer? Navy and dark olive? Really?
I agree. I was about to order TVS until I saw the back, then the camp shirt duet, til I read reviews. Seems when I see something I like, either the price is too high for casual clothing, or the reviews are horrible. I haven't ordered alot of D & C, so not sure of the pants fit for me. I am short & wide, so I am leary of the pants/capris.

Does anyone know what top Maria had on under that knit shrug? It was just a tee or tank or something but I really like the length and would like to get something like that. I have a hard time finding tanks long enough. Thanks if anyone has an idea!
